You will play a pivotal, customer-facing role in winning new business, developing and converting commercial pipelines, and creating lasting impact on key projects and programs. Guided by established commercial practices, you will have significant control and influence to shape strategy, collaborate across cross-functional teams, and align our advanced technological solutions with your customers' strategic goals.

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Driving sales of Power Transmission products by cultivating new customer accounts and expanding business volume with existing clients.
  • Building comprehensive sales and growth strategies, along with well-defined account and action plans for each assigned customer and key offering.
  • Creating and driving account opportunities from initial prospecting through to successful closure using available tools and collaborative teams.
  • Leading outcome-selling processes to deeply understand customer business outcomes and align our value proposition accordingly.
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues in Power Transmission North Europe, the broader Grid Solutions organization, and other GE Vernova businesses to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
  • Executing disciplined commercial practices, leveraging CRM tools, and applying analytical thinking to navigate complex sales processes and market challenges.

  • The capability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and thrive under pressure within a distributed sales structure.
  • An understanding of commercial sales processes, deal execution, and cross-functional coordination.
  • An expertise in outcome-selling, negotiating, and resolving complex day-to-day problems using analytical thinking.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to articulate compelling value propositions to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Full proficiency in both English and Finnish.

A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical/commercial discipline are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
