  • Forecast revenue accurately and proactively identify commercial risks and growth opportunities.
  • Expand partner adoption of the JustGiving platform, including Digital Services, integrations, and new product features.
  • Analyze and communicate insights on fundraiser and donor behavior, seasonal trends, and competitor activity in a clear, engaging way.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision‑makers and operational stakeholders, ensuring JustGiving remains a core fundraising partner.
  • Coach partners to advocate for JustGiving within their supporter communities.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Operations to deliver partner success.
  • Represent JustGiving at internal and external industry events, becoming a credible voice in digital fundraising across North America.

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years of experience in nonprofit sales, partner management, partner programs, or nonprofit operations.
  • Strong background in operational execution within a B2B2C platform, marketplace, or social‑impact environment.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally across commercial, product, technical, and operational teams.

So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)

  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
