This entry-level position is designed to train and mentor the next generation of ServiceNow engineers. You’ll work alongside experienced developers and architects, learning the ins and outs of the ServiceNow platform, while supporting real-world customer projects.
We’ll provide the structured training, hands-on experience, and team environment — you bring your curiosity, technical fundamentals, and a drive to grow into an outstanding engineer.

What You’ll Do
  • Participate in RapDev’s ServiceNow training program and earn certifications
  • Learn and apply core concepts of JavaScript and enterprise development
  • Shadow engineers during customer meetings and sprint demos
  • Help configure and customize ServiceNow applications (with mentorship)
  • Develop and test basic scripts (business rules, client scripts, UI policies, etc.)
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving configuration issues
  • Join internal SCRUM calls and actively contribute to team discussions
  • Document your learnings, challenges, and progress regularly
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
  • Strong foundational knowledge of programming (especially JavaScript)
  • Passion for learning new technologies and solving real-world problems
  • Great communication skills and a team-first attitude
  • Willingness to work onsite and collaborate closely with teammates
  • Interest in long-term growth within the ServiceNow ecosystem
Nice-to-Haves (But Not Required)
  • Internship or project experience with ServiceNow or other enterprise tools
  • Exposure to REST APIs or scripting beyond coursework
  • Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM or software delivery practices
What You’ll Gain
  • Hands-on experience with one of the fastest-growing enterprise platforms
  • Direct mentorship from senior engineers and architects
  • Clear path to promotion into a full ServiceNow Engineer role
  • Opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects early in your career
