About this opportunity:
Have you recently graduated and are looking for the right place to grow and develop? We are excited to present a unique opportunity! We are looking for a talented individual to join our dedicated team as a Junior Learning Consultant role.
This role is exclusively open to Emiratis, in line with our commitment to supporting national talent development.
What You Will Do:
  • Training coordination, including preparing training logistics
  • Supporting trainers and training participants
  • Preparing training venues
  • Maintaining daily contact with trainers and vendors
  • Providing support to the team with incoming inquiries
  • Scheduling meetings and preparing timetables
  • Preparing training materials

Together with other coordinators, you will drive customer engagements and ensure that Learning Services projects are delivered with quality and on time. You will have the opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of the business environment by working closely with customers and vendors.
What You Will Bring
  • BSc in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent is preferred but not required; candidates with other academic backgrounds are welcome to apply.
  • 0-2 years of experience.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet the demands of a dynamic training environment.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • A technical background will be an advantage, preferably in telecommunications or IT.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a high-impact business environment.
  • A hands-on approach and a "can-do" attitude.
  • Experience working in an international environment is a plus.
  • An understanding of project management activities is a plus.
  • An interest in technology and its evolution is a plus.
  • Flexibility to attend daily from the office located in the Internet City in Dubai.
