What you will do:
- Own and develop customer relationships at executive and operational levels.
- Drive sales growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing Core, Cloud, IT, and Digital Transformation opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end sales engagements, from opportunity creation through proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure.
- Develop strategic account plans aligned with customer business objectives and Ericsson's growth strategy.
- Lead commercial negotiations and ensure profitable business growth while managing risks.
- Monitor market trends, customer priorities, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and strengthen Ericsson's position as a trusted strategic partner.
- Contribute to accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and account governance.
The skills you bring:
- Master of Business Administration, Master of Engineering, or an equivalent level of competence.
- 10+ years of sales experience within the ICT industry.
- Strong technical knowledge across Networks, BSS/OSS and Managed services, Enterprise solution experience is a plus.
- Proven experience managing complex Networks and IT projects.
- Demonstrated commitment to driving ethics and compliance across the organization.
- Previous experience in frontline sales is key, and prior UAE experience is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
