Junior FX Trader

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Junior FX Trader to join our Buyside Trading Solutions team. This role is located in Boston, MA.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Manage all aspects of executing complex order flow, in support of buy-side clients across a wide range of FX products. 

• Ensure client orders are executed in an efficient, timely, cost-effective manner, and in line with trade instructions. Work closely with peers in middle office and with counterparties to ensure efficient and accurate booking of trades.

• Collaborate with the investment team, trade support, quant research and engineering teams to evolve our trading practices and ensure efficient implementation of investment decisions.

• Maintain and develop constructive relationships with our clients, vendors and counterparties in a bid to continously improve our processes.
   

Candidacy for this role requires the following: 

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 2+ years of experience in institutional trading of foreign exchange (FX).

• Quantitative skillset and experience with some combination of Python, R and SQL is desired.

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment without compromising attention to detail or risk management.

• Intellectually curious, self-starter mindset - capable of grasping complex concepts and workflows and a desire to continually improve

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
