Junior Executive – Human Resources
Job location - Colombo
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for staff engagement survey through the relevant HR tools
Manage and oversee the employee recognition program.
Organize employee special events and overall engagement activities and events.
Responsible to develop and implement communications, events, and engagement plan.
Responsible for improving the Employee Engagement Index across Leadership team.
Conceptualizing and implementing various employee development and engagement initiatives
Coordinate the implementation and action planning for all employee engagement activities.
Develop and execute training initiatives that are in line with the company's mission and objectives.
Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and create customized courses.
Maintain engagement events and training records and reports.
Planning and implementation of orientation training days for new staff
Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 Passes in GCE Advanced Level
Bachelor’s degree in human resources approved by UGC or Equivalent professional qualification.
Well conversant with MS Office Packages.
Energetic and outgoing personality with good communication skills (written and verbal).
