Junior Executive – Human Resources

Job location - Colombo                                     

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for staff engagement survey through the relevant HR tools

  • Manage and oversee the employee recognition program.

  • Organize employee special events and overall engagement activities and events. 

  • Responsible to develop and implement communications, events, and engagement plan.

  • Responsible for improving the Employee Engagement Index across Leadership team. 

  • Conceptualizing and implementing various employee development and engagement initiatives

  • Coordinate the implementation and action planning for all employee engagement activities.

  • Develop and execute training initiatives that are in line with the company's mission and objectives.

  • Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and create customized courses.

  • Maintain engagement events and training records and reports.

  • Planning and implementation of orientation training days for new staff

 

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 Passes in GCE Advanced Level

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources approved by UGC or Equivalent professional qualification.

  • Well conversant with MS Office Packages.

  • Energetic and outgoing personality with good communication skills (written and verbal).
