About RYZE:

In this role, you will support the execution and optimization of site updates across our Shopify Plus and Recharge ecosystem. You will assist with day-to-day merchandising, product updates, and campaign launches while ensuring a seamless and high-performing user experience.
As part of the digital team, you will collaborate cross functionally to help ensure that every customer touchpoint from homepage to checkout to subscription settingsis accurate, consistent, and conversion-focused. This is an execution-focused role with opportunities to learn and grow within eCommerce operations.

The Role:

What You’ll Do

Execution & Repeatable Workflows
  • Execute page configuration, content uploads, and product setup across Shopify and Recharge

  • Support sale and promotion changeovers, ensuring accuracy and timely updates

  • Perform pre- and post-launch QA checks to ensure site functionality and user experience across devices

  • Assist with CRO test setup, including product configurations and offer variations

  • Monitor and escalate site bugs, partnering with internal teams for resolution

  • Support Recharge operations, including sync processes and discount setup

  • Maintain metafields and site data, ensuring accuracy and consistency

  • Populate and update content pages (blogs, recipes, landing pages).
     

Site Operations & Merchandising
  • Update site content, including product pages, bundles, landing pages, and promotions.

  • Support execution of product launches, homepage updates, and seasonal campaigns

  • Assist in maintaining merchandising standards across the site.

Quality Assurance & Support
  • Conduct QA and UAT testing for site updates, ensuring a seamless experience

  • Coordinate with engineering/technical teams to troubleshoot bugs and test customer flows.

  • Support testing and implementation of site experiments.
     

Data, Tracking & Documentation
  • Help ensure tracking tools (pixels, tags, events) are functioning properly.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including changelogs and process notes.
     

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Growth, Creative, and Product teams to support campaign execution.

  • Communicate updates and flag issues to ensure alignment across teams. 

What We Offer:

What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or related roles (DTC preferred)

  • Experience with Shopify (Shopify Plus a plus) and familiarity with Recharge or similar platforms.

  • Basic understanding of analytics tools such as GA4 and Meta Pixel.

  • Exposure to tools like Klaviyo, Figma, Replo, Microsoft Clarity, ClickUp, or A/B testing platforms.

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting

  • Experience using Shopify (Shopify Plus preferred) and Recharge or similar subscription platforms.

  • Highly detail-oriented and quality-obsessed with a focus on flawless execution.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work cross-functionally.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

  • Comfortable in fast-paced, experiment-heavy environments.

  • Passion for creating seamless customer journeys and high-converting eCommerce flows.
