Key Account Manager Greece
Being part of the Personal Health Commercial team, you will be combining sell-In and sell-out responsibilities in the assigned territory - Greece.

Your role:
Create sustainable relationships and simplified processes with the management of the Account(s).
Represent Philips externally and secure alignment with the Accounts to the sales plans that are within the Central Sales leadership defined frameworks incl. Commercial Policy, Line‐Charts and PPWF.
Regularly visit and supervise the relevant points of sale (POS) according to the defined coverage objectives.
Ensure the correct implementation of national contracts on the POS (promotions, assortments, prices, etc.).
Implement Category Management Projects in stores by supervising the accurate preparation of promotional materials.
Analyse and monitor in-store commercial activities (rotations, promotions, assortments).
Negotiate promotional activities locally and manage assortment.
Periodically monitor displays, prices, promotions, product ranges and competitor activities.
Prepare reports of the activities carried out and report opportunities or proposed actions to increase the business.
Ensures rigorous compliance with Philips' global business processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, upholding the highest standards of business ethics and conduct.
Monitors, evaluates, and continuously improves sales performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize customer engagement, satisfaction, and overall business outcomes.
Create and execute account plans including promotional activities that drive market leadership and sales excellence.
You're the right fit if you have:
Bachelor/Master Degree (preferably in Economics or Marketing field)
Previous experience in Sales, in equivalent roles or in Trade Marketing.
Availability to travel (Greece & Cyprus, occasionally).
Excellent knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
Good level of knowledge of the English language (written and spoken), in addition to a local language.
Strong result orientation and problem-solving aptitude;
Communication and relational skills, negotiation skills and ability to influence with authority.
Driving License.
Ambitious and team player mindset.
