We are seeking a JDE ERP IT Project Manager to lead the successful implementation, customization, and integration of our enterprise wide JDE ERP system. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to deployment and ongoing support. As a key member of the IT department, you will play a vital role in project managing the deployment of our JDE ERP system in alignment with our business goals and strategy.
Job Description- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for JDE ERP implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
- Define project scope, timelines, budget, and resource requirements.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and end-users.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, define business processes, and ensure user adoption.
- Manage JDE ERP system integrations with other enterprise applications.
- Conduct thorough testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality.
- Manage risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project progress, monitor resource utilization, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, keeping them informed of project progress and potential challenges.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest JDE ERP features, updates, and industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in JDE ERP project management or a similar ERP system- REQUIRED
- Experience with JDE EnterpriseOne or JDE Cloud- REQUIRED
- Proven experience in leading and managing complex IT projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Experience in business process analysis and gap analysis.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Agile project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with data migration and integration tools.
