Designs, develops, deploys, and maintains technical and solution training for employees, partners, channels, and customers. Responsibilities include selecting learner personas and modalities, defining learning objectives, coordinating subject matter experts, creating video, HTML, PDF, presentation, guide, and LMS assets, constructing sample systems, managing courseware lifecycles, analyzing feedback and metrics, and collaborating with engineering, marketing, and services teams.

Leads marketing operations across campaign execution, performance analytics, agency management, marketing technology, governance, and prioritization. The role translates marketing strategy into executable plans, manages integrated campaigns, owns executive reporting and KPIs, oversees platforms including Salesforce and HubSpot, and drives cross-functional process improvements to increase pipeline contribution, revenue impact, efficiency, and scalability.

Leads strategy, delivery, governance, and lifecycle management for Velotic’s enterprise applications, including NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, and SaaS platforms. Oversees tool selection, implementations, integrations, TSA exits, migrations, vendor management, and application performance. Partners with Finance, Sales, HR, and Operations to translate requirements into scalable solutions while managing application, business systems, and integration teams.

Administer compensation and benefits programs across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Manage benefits vendors, enrollment, compliance, audits, employee inquiries, and payroll reconciliation. Support annual merit planning, incentive programs, compensation actions, and Workday configuration. Advise HRBPs and business leaders on total rewards matters, monitor regulatory changes, and recommend process improvements.

Build and lead Velotic’s product security program, including secure SDLC practices, security tooling, threat modeling, vulnerability management, security automation, and developer security training. Lead architecture reviews, penetration testing, incident response, compliance activities, customer security assessments, and security champions initiatives. Partner with engineering, product, infrastructure, IT, support, customers, system integrators, and MSSP providers while reporting security metrics and risks to executive leadership.
