We are seeking a Senior Java Engineer with hands-on GenAI engineering experience to design and implement AI-driven solutions, Agentic workflows, and performance engineering frameworks. This role requires a strong blend of technical depth, practical AI engineering experience, and a genuine passion for the evolving AI landscape.
This is a flexible engagement, with openness to global talent. The right candidate will play a critical role in accelerating AI adoption and scaling internal capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement AI-driven solutions aligned with business and executive priorities as well as ability make these solutions interoperable with current applications
Translate AI concepts into practical, production-ready implementations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and existing offshore teams
Help bridge gaps in AI expertise and scale knowledge across the organization
Contribute to UI/web-based AI implementations where applicable (Open WebUI or similar tools)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI service integration
Exposure to enterprise-scale AI projects and data pipelines
Understanding of security best practices in AI applications
Required Qualifications
1+ year of hands-on AI engineering experience (LLMs, AI tools, applied AI systems)
Proven ability to “walk the talk” — strong hands-on builder, not just theoretical
Experience designing and deploying real-world AI solutions
Strong understanding of modern AI trends, tools, and frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI-enabled web interfaces / UI frameworks (e.g., Open WebUI or similar)
Background working with distributed or offshore teams
Ability to operate effectively with limited overlap across time zones
