Maintains hotel grounds, lawns, pathways, patios, driveways, and landscaping. Duties include mowing, weeding, planting, applying and documenting fertilizers and pesticides, and maintaining or repairing irrigation systems and landscaping equipment to keep outdoor areas attractive and inviting for guests.

ResponsibilitiesHere's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Maintain outdoor areas: Ensure the hotel’s grounds – including lawns, driveways, pathways, patios, and verandas – are well-kept and inviting
- Care for plants and landscaping: Mow lawns, remove sod and weeds, and plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and grass to enhance the property's appearance
- Apply landscape treatments: Apply and document use of fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments as needed
- Keep equipment running smoothly: Perform maintenance and repairs on irrigation systems, lawnmowers, trimmers, and other landscaping tools
