Job Description
We're seeking a Markets Product Marketing Vice President. to join our team in developing the next iteration of the J.P. Morgan Markets platform, serving over 150,000 clients. As part of the Digital Markets team, you'll lead digital transformation across all Markets businesses, requiring a blend of technological knowledge, business savvy, and entrepreneurial spirit. You'll collaborate with diverse groups to design user experiences, influence change, and make decisions using data-driven insights. Your organizational skills and project management experience will be crucial in balancing stakeholder demands and managing resources for optimal outcomes.
As a Product Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic direction and execution of global marketing programs for the J.P. Morgan Markets product, serving over 150,000 clients. Your focus will be on expanding our client base and retaining existing clients by implementing strategic marketing plans that effectively communicate key messages. Success in this role requires you to build strong relationships with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Design, Technology, and business units, as well as external vendors and agencies. This is an excellent opportunity for you to join our dynamic and growing product team as a product marketing expert, supporting our strategic digital channel for clients.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute programs to ensure effective, innovative, and efficient delivery across the user journey for various products within the J.P. Morgan Markets business.
  • Create a campaign pipeline across the wide range of digital products contained within the J.P. Morgan Markets platform, focusing on growing and retaining clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic internal marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and generate excitement among stakeholders.
  • Write, edit, and design programs, including direct marketing campaigns (email), digital channels (web, online advertising, social media), global and regional sales tools (brochures, fact sheets), and product videos/interactive help guides.
  • Establish marketing standards and best practice runbooks to enable the execution of off-the-shelf marketing campaigns.
  • Measure the impact of campaigns with a focus on data-driven decisions, working closely with data analytics teams to assess campaign performance and implement learnings for future campaigns.
  • Demonstrate the effectiveness of strategies by preparing comprehensive results in presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams globally to ensure approvals are in place before campaign and development work begins.
  • Coordinate with the wider Marketing groups to ensure effective collaboration, including adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Manage other projects and activities as dictated by business needs.
  • Prioritize and re-prioritize projects as business requirements shift.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Proven track record in marketing digital solutions in the financial services space or experience developing and activating client engagement frameworks.
  • Digital-first approach to marketing, with experience in digital and advertising products required to promote an e-commerce platform.
  • Strong project and time management skills, capable of managing multiple and varied projects concurrently and end-to-end.
  • Detail-oriented with a data-driven approach.
  • Executes with firm attention to detail and a solid understanding of brand principles.
  • Ability to collaborate and establish credibility with business colleagues globally, actively engaging with marketing/product management and business contacts across the firm to execute marketing plans.
  • Effectively identifies and implements solutions to reduce complexity in marketing activity.
  • Self-starter, professional, focused, and reliable.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including copywriting, editing, and proofing. Excellent oral communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to critically assess key decisions and produce clear evaluations of activities to support continuous improvements.
  • Comfortable with client databases, able to segment clients effectively based on objectives. Keen interest in learning about and understanding our products and platforms.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Familiarity with Markets products and institutional investors.
