As a ServiceNow Technical Program Delivery & Solutions Analysis Lead within the ServiceNow team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the successful delivery of technology solutions that align with business objectives. You will serve as a liaison between product managers, business units, operations, and software development teams, converting business requirements into structured and technically viable solutions. You will oversee complex technology projects, manage resources and budgets, and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver scalable value throughout all phases of the product lifecycle. Your position will also focus on strong leadership skills, coaching, and nurturing high-performance teams to reach their maximum potential.
