Description

Join Noma Security and help shape the future of AI security in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Noma is working with the world's most ambitious organizations to usher in the AI future. We are building a security platform designed to help organizations adopt AI and agents at scale. As AI becomes core to modern enterprises, we provide seamless visibility and protection across the entire AI lifecycle. Our team works at the intersection of AI, security, and cloud, shaping a new category in a rapidly evolving market. At Noma, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with exceptional people on technology that truly matters.

We're looking for an IT Support Specialist to own day-to-day IT for Noma's US team. You'll run US onboarding and offboarding, manage devices and access across our MDM and IdP, and use AI to automate repetitive support work, partnering closely with our IT team in Israel.

🛠️ What You'll Do

  • Provide day-to-day IT support to US employees during US hours through Harmony (our IT support bot), Slack and Zoom, covering Mac, Zoom, Wi-Fi, peripherals and SaaS app issues.
  • Own US onboarding and offboarding end to end, from shipping laptops through our logistics partner and running first-day IT setup to collecting and returning equipment.
  • Manage devices in our MDM (Kandji/Iru) by enrolling devices, deploying apps, troubleshooting profiles and updates, and tracking compliance.
  • Support identity and access in Okta and Google Workspace / M365, including account setup, password and MFA resets, app assignments and group membership.
  • Build AI assistants, workflows and automations that speed up support and cut repetitive work.
  • Track US device inventory and keep asset records up to date.
  • Write and update knowledge-base articles that turn common issues into self-serve fixes.
  • Escalate complex or security-related issues to the IT team in Israel.

✅ What You Bring

  • 3+ years in IT support or helpdesk, ideally at a SaaS startup.
  • Strong macOS troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with an MDM (Kandji/Iru, Jamf, Intune or similar) are required.
  • Hands-on experience with an IdP (Okta, Entra ID or Google) for SSO, MFA and app access, plus familiarity with Google Workspace or M365, Slack, and a ticketing system.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or AI agents, and a genuine drive to build with them to automate and improve IT work.
  • An ownership mindset, a can-do attitude, and the curiosity to pick up new tools on your own.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, a service mindset, and comfort working independently with a remote manager.
  • US-based, preferably on the East Coast, with some overlap with Israel mornings.
  • Bonus: experience with Quipteams or similar device logistics vendors, or an Apple ACSP, CompTIA A+, or Okta certification.

💙 Perks & Benefits:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Home office setup reimbursement
  • Short- and long-term disability insurance
  • Life and accident insurance
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Unlimited paid time off (PTO) - We trust you to manage your time
  • A warm, supportive, and people-first company culture
  • A global work environment with teams across Tel Aviv, the US, the Netherlands, and London
  • Equity options that let you share in Noma's growth and success

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
