Position Duties and Responsibilities
- Administer on-premises and cloud servers, applications, and network infrastructure.
- Automate onboarding and offboarding processes using Powershell scripting, Bettercloud and other industry-standard tools.
- Champion the adoption of cloud technologies to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
- Provide prompt, professional IT support to local and remote employees.
- Manage back-office systems (servers, storage, networking) critical to business operations.
- Oversee SaaS applications (O365, Google Workspace, Entra, Okta, Slack, Zoom, etc.).
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT operations and user education.
- Maintain hardware and software inventories
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Independently resolve technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Support audit evidence collection, ongoing compliance activities and incident response.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Experience administering large-scale O365 and Google Workspace.
- Experience building, managing and monitoring laptops, servers and other devcies via Jamf, Intune, ConnectWise.
- Experience with industry standard security solutions.
- Strong background in supporting Windows, Mac and Linux users.
- Entra ID, Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Okta.
- Prior experience in a mid-sized enterprise IT team (500+ employees).
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation and occasional travel.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Experience leading teams through Agile processes
