Summary
Seeking a Program Manager with 10–15 years of IT experience and strong
expertise in Managing projects in Market access Revenue management space. The
role involves Managing customer stakeholders and project plan for report
development/Migrations, Status reporting, mitigating risk and Issues,
conducting workshops, and delivering scalable BI solutions aligned with
business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Lead end-to-end program
scope, resources, timelines, and budgets. Manages integrated project plan.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate
across IT, Operations, Quality Assurance, and Business units to define
requirements and deliver solutions.
- Vendor & Budget Oversight: Manage system integrators/vendors and commercial tracking throughout the
project lifecycle.
- Risk & Issues: Develop
mitigation strategies and contribute to bring alignment on involved team
and ETA.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in IT
Program/Project Management, specifically with large- analytics program
involving commercial data.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer
Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical: 5+ years of experience
in Market Access Analytics or equivalent programs.
- Domain Knowledge: Good
understanding of pharmaceutical Managed Market Revenue management systems,
reporting, data, QA processes and compliance processes.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to
lead cross-border, cross-functional teams and manage vendor deliverables.
