Serve as a techno-functional SME for Model N revenue management, bridging business and technical teams to design, configure, integrate, test, and support Model N solutions for life sciences clients. Lead workshops, translate requirements, guide integrations and data migrations, troubleshoot complex issues, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliant, on-time delivery in Flex/managed services engagements.

Serve as the Model N techno-functional SME, translating business needs into configuration and integrations, leading design workshops, supporting UAT and data migration, troubleshooting, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring delivery quality for pharmaceutical revenue management (pricing, government pricing, rebates, chargebacks).

Lead end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional cloud and platform programs. Define scope, roadmaps, and governance; coordinate multi-team execution, releases, and operational readiness; manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications; and ensure smooth transition to steady-state operations with measurable customer and operational outcomes.

Lead identification and remediation of revenue leaks across US Commercial and Government contracting. Optimize Medicaid claim validation and expand controls for 340B duplicate discounts, MDP, and MFN compliance. Gather and synthesize requirements, evaluate Model N Validata vs custom builds, and coordinate cross-functional technical implementation.

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for Commercial Finance technology products: define strategy, manage backlog, align stakeholders, deliver roadmaps, oversee engineering and testing, manage BRM activities and IT investment budgets, and ensure solutions meet business needs with Agile practices.

Lead development of cloud data platforms and end-to-end data pipelines using AWS/Snowflake and big-data technologies (Spark, Hive, Iceberg). Automate builds and deployments with Bash/Python shell scripting, apply CI/CD and Medallion Architecture, perform data modeling and warehousing, and collaborate across teams. Pharma/AbbVie experience preferred.
