Lead workshops, translate requirements, guide integrations and data migrations, troubleshoot complex issues, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliant, on-time delivery in Flex/managed services engagements.

Serve as the Model N techno-functional SME, translating business needs into configuration and integrations, leading design workshops, supporting UAT and data migration, troubleshooting, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring delivery quality for pharmaceutical revenue management (pricing, government pricing, rebates, chargebacks).

Lead end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional cloud and platform programs. Define scope, roadmaps, and governance; coordinate multi-team execution, releases, and operational readiness; manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications; and ensure smooth transition to steady-state operations with measurable customer and operational outcomes.
