⚙️ What You’ll Do ⚙️
- Lead and mentor a distributed IT operations team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning across multiple locations.
- Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring high performance and robust security protocols for Data & IP
- Partner with our creative and data science teams to ensure the seamless integration and performance of AI tools and platforms
- Manage relationships with technology vendors to optimize value and budget efficiency
- Champion automation initiatives across all IT operations functions
🔎 What We’re Looking For 🔎
- 7+ years of experience in fast-paced IT operations; 1+ years managing distributed IT teams
- A forward-thinking, strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- A strong technical background in networking, security infrastructure, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
- A genuine passion for the creative industry and a desire to explore the intersection of technology and creativity.
- Experience championing automation initiatives
- Strong skills in vendor management and contract negotiation
- Nice-to-Have: Previous experience at a media environment (e.g. creative agency, production company, advertising agency, or similar environment)
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $80,000 – $100,000 USD per year, based on experience
