Group Summary:
The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

Job Responsibilities:
Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum three years of experience in quality and process control in automotive painted plastic parts manufacturing.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study preferred
• Associates degree or above required
• ISO/IATF16949 Lead Assessor qualification or equivalent.
• Micro-computer software training.

Physical Requirements:
• This position requires a person to have the ability to perform work while standing or walking for up to eight (8) hours a day, the ability to perform work while sitting for up to eight (8) hours a day and the ability to lift up to 10 pounds on an infrequent basis. Good vision at a close distance is required. Must be capable of performing repetitive motion at, above and below shoulder height for up to six (6) hours a day. Decostar Training Requirements:

• You will receive training to perform your job on an on-going basis concurrent with Decostar business operations. Training areas will include safety, quality, continuous improvement and other job specific training that is determined to be an essential part of your job and Decostar business operations.
