Job Description

  • Perform financial and competitive analyses, including industry benchmarking, valuation comparisons, and ad-hoc projects to support strategic initiatives.
  • Support quarterly earnings process including preparation of earnings press releases, investor presentations, Q&A prep materials, and other enablement resources.
  • Review and analyze sell-side analyst research, models, consensus, and macro trends impacting valuation and investor perception.
  • Support the analysis of shareholder base and investor targeting.
  • Maintain and manage content on the investor relations website.
  • Partner closely with FP&A, Accounting, Legal, Product, Marketing, and Communications, to understand latest developments and to share insights and recommendations.
  • Plan and attend investor conferences and non-deal roadshows and track activity for reporting and analysis against team goals.
  • Assist with ad hoc strategic initiatives for the CFO and the Dynatrace Board.


This role is currently hybrid out of our Waltham, MA office. Our office will be relocating to Boston, MA in the spring.This position will then be hybrid after the move out of Boston, MA (2 days per week).
Candidates will be required to commute to both locations during this transition.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a financial analyst, preferably in private equity, public market equity, investment banking, or equity research.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.


Preferred Requirements:

  • Strong quantitative skills, comfortable in a data-driven environment. Experience in complex financial modeling and analysis preferred.
  • This position requires the incumbent to travel internationally by plane, train and automobile up to 10% of the time to participate in investor conferences and roadshows.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and high attention to detail with the ability to keep the big picture in mind.
  • Highly-motivated, energetic, and resourceful team member who is results-oriented and able to multitask to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with FactSet, S&P Capital IQ, or other comparable IR tools is a plus.

DOE, salary $90K - $100K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
