The People Strategy Intern will partner with People Development and the broader People Strategy team to support employees at Rapid7 via learning programs and business processes.

Specific responsibilities surrounding this role include:
Partner with the People Development team as an administrator for our Learning Management System, including content and roster management.
Coordinate logistics for live or remote instructor led trainings, including material preparation, scheduling, and Gmail and Slack communications.
Manage eLearning license distribution, roster maintenance, and course uploads.
Research and initiate third-party vendor relationships, as necessary.
Support data and analytics work to help inform the People Strategists’ work.
Partner with the People Development and People Strategy teams to continually engage our employees and ensure accountability across all employee populations.
Drive visible business impact to support our team’s shared mission.

Qualifications include:
Passion for continuous learning.
Interest in data and analytics.
Guru of organization and time management.
Strong attention to detail, written, and oral communication skills.
Strong research skills to facilitate curriculum development.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently when necessary; however, collaborate when appropriate.
Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google’s G-Suite.
Comfortable learning new platform technologies.
Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information appropriately (as necessary).
Other details:
Role is 20 hours/week.
Scheduling flexibility.
Prefer candidates that can make a 6-month commitment. Happy to extend to 1-year and adjust summer term months.
