Job Description

The Internal Communications Specialist, Global Editorial plays a key role in creating and executing internal communications that engage, inspire and empower Bose employees around the world. In support of the global Internal Communications team, we are looking for a multi-talented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment with the following responsibilities: 

  • Support the Senior Manager in the development of enterprise-wide internal editorial strategy and storytelling.  

  • Work collaboratively with global, cross-functional teams to identify and pursue creative story ideas to help showcase projects, teams, accomplishments, etc. happening globally at Bose.  

  • Ability to tell stories to both technical and non-technical audiences across platforms. Develop multi-format content ideas for a variety of platforms, including long-form stories, digital signage, podcast recordings, and more 

  • Develop, implement and report on a content plan including interviews and work-back timelines. 

  • Execute against tight content project timelines. 

Skills and requirements: 

  • Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment. 

  • Strategic, proactive, and outgoing; this person must be able to build relationships with colleagues around the world. 

  • A proven communicator with exceptional writing and editing skills, and attention to detail.  

  • A college degree in communications, marketing, journalism or similar. 

  • 4+ years of experience in internal communications and/or content creation – in-house or agency. 

  • Onsite at the Framingham campus Tuesday through Thursday.  

  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities. 

  • Experience in technical/engineering writing/publications a plus.
