  • Standards & governance: Maintain and evolve channel standards, templates, and best practices

  • Analytics & insights: Track channel performance, identify trends, and translate data into actionable recommendations

  • Intake & prioritization: Manage incoming requests and prioritize based on timing, channel fit, and business impact

  • Content production: Make minor edits using image and video tools as needed

  • Process improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflows and tools, including automation, to increase efficiency and quality

What we’re looking for

  • 6-8 years of experience supporting internal communications or a related field

  • Demonstrated experience running employee communications channels day-to-day, including editorial planning, production, publishing, and reporting

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently

  • Self-starter who takes ownership of work and follows through

  • Clear, concise communicator with strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills

  • Comfortable working across tools and platforms (e.g., Slack, CMS, email platforms, analytics tools)

  • Interest in AI tools and new ways of working, with a willingness to test and adopt new approaches
