beehiiv is where the world's best newsletters, podcasts, and digital products are built, grown, and distributed.
The platform combines email, podcast hosting, websites, community, and digital products — connected to a single audience and a single set of tools to publish, grow, and monetize.
As we approach $50M in annualized revenue and continue to grow almost 100% YoY, our rapidly growing product suite and strong brand position set us up for the next stage of hypergrowth.

We’re hiring an Integrated Marketing Manager to own how beehiiv shows up at the moments that matter. Alongside our Creative Director, you’ll help set the strategy for our campaigns, launches, and events: what we’re saying, to whom, and why now. Then, you’ll own the plan that ships it: the brief, the channel mix, the timeline, the partners, the budget, the measurement, and the live moment itself. Some weeks that’s a billboard and a feed takeover; others it’s an event on the ground, a creator activation, or a product launch running across paid, lifecycle, social, and press at once.

This is a generalist role with spikes in brand campaigns, events, and experiential. You’ll own your programs end to end, and you’re expected to bring ideas, not just plans: a point of view on what a campaign or event should be, before the brief gets written.

Ideally, you'll have:

  • 4-6+ years of experience in integrated or brand marketing, preferably in consumer SaaS, with proven success leading complex projects to fruition
  • A concept-led approach and an opinionated point of view
  • A bias towards action and operating with ambition, creating processes that help cross-functional teams do the same
  • A strong understanding of and passion for go-to-market planning, messaging, and storytelling for brand-driven campaigns
  • The ability to lead through influence: people on the projects you lead become the best versions of themselves by working with you, across product, creative, and data teams
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to balance multiple work streams and deadlines at once
  • Experience owning on-site execution for high-stakes projects, from scouting locations and managing vendors to running the show.

What you'll be responsible for:

In year one, expect roughly 70% integrated campaigns and launches, 20% events and experiential, and 10% building the playbooks and partner bench that make every campaign faster and more impactful.

Run integrated campaigns end to end

  • Turn a creative brief into a working campaign plan: objective, audience, channel mix, timeline, budget, owners, and the KPI we’ll judge it on.
  • Manage the work across internal team members, agencies, and freelancers; keep deliverables, reviews, and deadlines moving without someone chasing you.
  • Own the channel plan for each campaign (paid, social, lifecycle, partnerships, OOH, PR) so it lands as one idea, not six disconnected executions.

Manage events and experiential

  • Work with the broader Growth & Comms teams to produce beehiiv’s presence at the moments that matter: our own events, creator and media gatherings, industry conferences, pop-ups, and activations.
  • Coordinate the whole thing: venue, production partners, speakers and talent, guest list, on-site execution, and the content capture that extends the moment online.
  • Build the recurring calendar of tentpole moments beehiiv can own each year, and make each one measurably better than the last.

Measure and report

  • Define measurement for every program up front with Growth and Analytics: reach, engagement, signups, pipeline, and what we learned.
  • Run daily and weekly check-ins while a campaign is live, recommend budget and channel shifts, and lead the post-mortem.
  • Document playbooks for launches, events, and campaign types so the second run takes half the effort of the first.

What success looks like

A year in, you’ve taken over the live campaign and events calendar.

  • You’ve successfully shipped several integrated campaigns from start to finish.
  • Some of your original ideas have made it from concept to execution.
  • Leadership no longer has to ask who’s handling the logistics — they know you’ve got it covered.

Why this role might be for you

  • You love momentum. You’d rather ship, learn, and iterate than polish something for months. Here, a good idea on Monday can be live by Friday, and you’ll see your impact in real time.
  • You want your creative work to drive business results. You get energy from tying great storytelling to growth. You’ll own work that shows up in reach, pipeline, and revenue, and you’ll be able to point to exactly what it moved.
  • You’re a builder who likes to stay hands-on. You’ll set the bar, pick the right freelancers and agencies, and grow the team as the results justify it.
  • You treat data as a creative partner. You like testing your instincts, learning from the numbers, and coming back with something sharper. Strong ideas get stronger here because we pressure-test them.

Why this role might not be for you

  • You prefer long timelines. Some campaigns go from idea to live in days, not months.
  • You can’t execute without a clear brief. You’ll take great ideas that aren’t fully formed and use your experience and judgment to fill in the gaps and bring them to life.
  • You don't want your ideas tested. Sometimes the data will overrule a great concept.
