International Insurance Group is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for proactively contacting prospective clients, previous customers, and existing clients to identify insurance opportunities, qualify leads, gather information for insurance quotes, and schedule opportunities for our licensed agents.
The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, comfortable making outbound calls, and enjoys building relationships while providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients who have previously requested quotes.
- Reach out to former clients to earn back their business.
- Contact existing customers who have only Home or only Auto insurance and offer bundled insurance quotes.
- Explain the benefits of comparing insurance options with our agency.
- Gather all information necessary to prepare accurate insurance quotes, including:
- Personal information
- Driver information
- Vehicle information
- Property details
- Current insurance information
- Coverage preferences
- Enter and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
- Schedule appointments or transfer qualified opportunities to licensed insurance agents.
- Follow up with prospects and clients as directed.
- Maintain detailed notes of all conversations and activities.
- Meet daily outbound call, lead generation, and appointment-setting goals.
- Build positive relationships while delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Previous customer service, sales, telemarketing, or call center experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to build rapport and overcome objections professionally.
- Basic computer skills and experience working with CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and accurately document conversations.
- Insurance industry experience is a plus but not required (training will be provided).
- Bilingual (English plus Ukrainian, Romanian or Russian) is a strong advantage.
