Supports senior sales and retention agents by collecting prospect information, completing insurance forms and carrier applications, generating quotes, submitting materials to underwriters, and following up on missing information through phone and email. The role requires fluent Ukrainian and Russian, English comprehension, Microsoft Office skills, strong organization, and the ability to work remotely during US hours from Romania or Moldova.

Conduct outbound calls to prospective, former, and existing customers to identify insurance opportunities, gather quote information, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and transfer opportunities to licensed agents. Maintain accurate CRM records, document interactions, follow up with prospects, meet call and appointment goals, and deliver excellent customer service while overcoming objections professionally.
