JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an energetic insurance Inside Sales- Small business production role to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for quoting and selling new business within our small business unit, called Main Street. All leads and referrals provided, no cold calling. LOCATION: Rancho Cordova,Ca, Hybid in office 1 day a week

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Actively engage and efficiently manage referrals to market, quote and bind small commercial business.
• Foster strong relationships with producers, clients, and underwriters.
• Utilize and maintain EPIC’s CRM system (Nexsure) to EPIC standards.
• Must adhere to all new business protocols, workflows, standards, and procedures.
• Utilize our comparative rating platform and carrier websites to quote and present new business opportunities to new clients. Use of wholesalers as needed.
• Attend all educational, training, and other sessions as directed by EPIC.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to our new business prospects.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping in compliance with EPIC guidelines.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Property & Casualty license required.
• Five years’ commercial experience in marketing, placement, service, or sales
• Full knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty lines of coverage and services.
• Capacity to present, communicate and build trust with confidence and expertise.
• Ability to solve practical problems with diverse variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Capability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Collaborative, optimistic, and positive mindset.

COMPENSATION: 

The national average salary for this role is $$75,000.00 - $80,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
