The US base salary range for this full-time position is 73,600.00 USD - 92,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of instructional designers and content creators, ensuring high-quality, innovative training solutions.
- Design and deliver role-based learning programs that combine e-learning, multimedia, and interactive modules, applying adult learning principles to drive engagement and performance.
- Manage and enhance the LMS to optimize content delivery, learner tracking, and the overall user experience.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to align training content with organizational goals, evolving roles, and DraftKings products and processes.
- Stay current with learning technologies and instructional design practices to continuously improve training effectiveness and team output.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or learning content development, with a bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 1 year of leadership experience, with the ability to guide, mentor, or oversee others in delivering learning solutions.
- Proficiency in tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), video/audio editing, and SCORM production.
- Experience in marketing or customer training, with a strong customer-first mindset and drive to continually raise the bar on learner experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, engaging content.
- Innovative and progress-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across a matrixed organization.
