The US base salary range for this full-time position is 97,600.00 USD - 122,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. What you'll do as a Sportsbook Operations Manager
- Lead a program team overseeing Live Betting performance, using data-driven insights to monitor KPIs and deliver actionable reporting.
- Partner with Analytics to build performance recaps that shape strategic decisions, while engaging Senior Leadership, Operations, and Product to drive Live Betting initiatives.
- Define and execute go-to-market campaigns in collaboration with Marketing, Public Relations, and other teams to support product launches.
- Develop compelling internal resources and narratives that highlight product enhancements and drive engagement.
- Monitor U.S. sports betting competitors and translate market trends into strategic opportunities.
- Manage schedules, priorities, and workload to align with evolving business needs.
What you'll bring
- At least 3 years of experience in Sportsbook or a related industry; Operations or Product Management experience is a plus.
- A data-driven, strategic mindset with strong business acumen and deep knowledge of Sportsbook customers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams and leadership levels.
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to act like an owner and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven success collaborating cross-functionally and building strong relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite; experience with Tableau, Looker, or Sigma is a plus.
