Position: Influencer Marketing Sales Representative (Freelance)

About the Role: This is a sales-oriented role responsible for sourcing new creator partnerships, managing outreach, negotiating deals, and contributing directly to revenue growth. You'll own your outreach pipeline, build strong relationships with creators and agents, and help bring high-performing campaigns to life. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on results, and takes pride in closing deals.
What You'll Do:
- Prospect and pitch new influencer partnerships
- Manage ongoing outreach via DM and email
- Negotiate deal terms aligned with performance goals
- Track deal progress and campaign performance
- Build long-term relationships with creators and talent managers
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly booking targets
What We're Looking For:
- Sales experience, and proven ability to exceed quota is required
- Consumer goods experience is preferred
- IM experience is a great bonus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence discussing budgets and deliverables
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple deals at once
- Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership
