OVERVIEW:

We're looking for an Industrial Designer who is passionate about creativity, eager to grow, and ready to contribute to breakthrough product experiences.
This is a unique opportunity for a talented, early-career designer to work on impactful consumer products from concept to production. You'll join a fast-paced, highly collaborative team where you'll be empowered to take ownership of your work, develop your skills, and co-create the future of product design - delivering extraordinary outcomes that raise the bar for user experience and design excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES
DESIGN CONCEPTS THAT ELEVATE USER EXPERIENCE
  • Create and communicate compelling product concepts through sketches, CAD, and high-quality renderings
  • Translate user insights and product requirements into thoughtful, emotionally resonant design solutions
  • Deliver clear, high-impact visuals and presentations that convey design intent and inspire alignment

OWNERSHIP OF PROJECTS & WORKSTREAMS
  • Take ownership of defined sub-workstreams or small-to-mid scale projects with mentorship and guidance from senior/lead designers
  • Drive your assigned areas through all development stages - concepting, refinement, prototyping, and production support
  • Proactively track your design deliverables, communicate progress, and align with cross-functional milestones

COLLABORATE WITH TEAMS
  • Work closely with Industrial Design, CMF, UI/UX, Product Development, Engineering, and Quality teams
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure designs meet usability, performance, and aesthetic standards
  • Collaborate actively in design reviews, critiques, and design sprints to contribute ideas and iterate quickly

EVOLVE QUICKLY & GROWTH-DRIVEN
  • Adapt fast to project need changes, embrace feedback as a tool for growth and demonstrate the ability to learn fast, iterate effectively, and evolve your design thinking in real time with speed and intent.
  • Stay eager to grow core industrial design skills - sketching, CAD, visualization, and storytelling -through real-time, hands-on experience

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or a related field
  • 3+ years' of experience designing consumer products, ideally in small appliances, consumer electronics, medical, or lifestyle categories
  • Strong 2D and 3D skills using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, SolidWorks or Rhino, and Keyshot
  • Ability to create and communicate ideas clearly through sketches, renderings, and presentations
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and basic knowledge of manufacturing processes
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines, work independently on assigned areas, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team-first mindset
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow through hands-on experience
