The Implementation Project Manager reports to the Director, Client Onboarding & Implementation and delivers tactical project execution through detailed project management, process coordination, and operational support. This remote position ensures successful implementation delivery while maintaining strong client relationships and internal stakeholder satisfaction. The Implementation Project Manager primarily supports Implementation Consultants on large and complex projects, serving as the operational execution partner.

Responsibilities:

  • You will serve as tactical project coordinator and operational execution partner to Implementation Consultants.
  • You will create and maintain comprehensive project plans for all implementation projects.
  • You will manage project tracking, communication tools, and client-facing dashboards.
  • You will coordinate cross-functional project activities and ensure deliverable completion.
  • You will track project milestones and proactively to address potential delays.
  • You will ensure launches occur on time with no avoidable surprises.
  • You will support Implementation Consultants in client meetings and interactions.
  • You will facilitate key workstream efforts (SSO, carrier integrations).
  • You will serve as primary liaison with carriers, benefits administrators, and third-party vendors.
  • You will manage day-to-day relationships with external partners and service providers.
  • You will coordinate technical integrations and data exchange activities.
  • You will ensure transparent project communication between all stakeholders.
  • You will ensure all launch deliverables and artifacts are accurate.
  • You will maintain comprehensive project documentation and knowledge management.
  • You will conduct quality reviews of project deliverables before client delivery.
  • You will create and maintain requirements documentation throughout project lifecycle.
  • You will develop project templates and standardized processes.
  • You will take ownership of escalated issues and drive quick, transparent resolutions.
  • You will lead conflict resolution for day-to-day project challenges.
  • You will manage risk identification and mitigation at the project level.
  • You will identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • You will contribute to methodology development and best practice documentation.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of SaaS project management experience in in healthcare/health-tech companies.
  • 2+ years hands-on project management experience in SaaS implementations
  • 4-year degree.
  • Experience in healthcare and/or employee benefits.
  • Experience working with carriers, benefits administrators, consultants, and brokers.
  • Project management certification (PMP, CSM).
  • Knowledge of claims payment processing, medical management processes, and data integrations.

The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:

Zone A: $89,580 - $116,460 + equity + benefits
Zone B: $98,538 - $128,106 + equity + benefits
Zone C: $107,496 - $139,752 + equity + benefits
Zone D: $116,454 - $151,398 + equity + benefits

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone. Below is additional information on Included Health's commitment to maintaining transparent and equitable compensation practices across our distinct geographic zones.

Starting base salary for you will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include education; training; skills; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; our needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and understanding of geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and great compensation package based on their roles and locations.
