As an Implementation Manager within the InstaMed team, you will be responsible for implementing our innovative healthcare payment solutions. You will maintain strong working relationships with personnel in Sales, Contracting, Product Management, and Technical Operations. Your role will involve managing multiple implementation projects, providing technical support, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects to ensure quality outcomes for InstaMed's customers.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on InstaMed solutions, offering technical support and guidance to stakeholders.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues through collaboration with internal teams.
  • Monitor implementation activities and manage customer expectations to ensure a positive experience.
  • Complete account setup and deliver end-user training for InstaMed solutions.
  • Manage escalations to address concerns during implementation.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare or payments industry.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and driven to keep projects on track.
  • Ability to rapidly understand the InstaMed Platform and acquire new technical knowledge.
  • Sound judgment in setting customer expectations and managing sensitive situations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing position.
  • Prior experience in a technology company required.

  • Healthcare or payment.
