Support client onboarding and implement AI agent solutions: configure integrations, troubleshoot deployments, coordinate stakeholders, manage tickets, and analyze customer data to drive adoption and value.

What are we looking for?
Join our Customer Success team as an Implementation Engineer Intern and play a crucial role in helping our customers successfully deploy AI agents that transform their operations. You'll work closely with Customer Success Managers to guide clients through their AI implementation journey, ensuring smooth adoption and maximum value realization.
This is a 6-month internship program designed to develop you into a full-time Implementation Engineer.
What will you be doing?
1. Onboard new clients and implement AI agent solutions best suited for their needs.
2. Guide customers through technical setup including integrations, configurations, and workflow optimization
3. Troubleshoot implementation challenges and provide creative solutions to complex customer problems
4. Liaise with external and internal stakeholders - bridge between customer SPOCs and internal product/tech teams for integrations and deployments
5. Ticketing - address escalations and meet administrative ticket SLAs with the solution team's assistance
6. Become a conversational AI expert - proactively analyze customer data, propose solutions, and suggest next steps to increase value

Requirements
Who is a good fit?
- Experience: Recent graduate in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Technical curiosity - comfortable with APIs, integrations, and learning new technologies (not required to be a developer)
