This position is full time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:30 am - 4:00 pm OR 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
We offer 2 - 3 weeks of paid on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be aligned with your schedule.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Answering phones from various facilities, patients, Real Radiology that may be requesting prior studies and reports
- Uploading received images and reports from outside facilities
- Sending requests for prior imaging for comparison
- Completing requests from legal offices, Requests may require burning discs with requested studies up to and including several Mammography modalities such as CT, MRI, and X-Ray
- Ability to learn One Pacs, Nuance, and Fuiji systems to receive and send tasks

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent experience
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- 1+ years of experience with analyzing and solving customer problems
- Experience with using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook (Ability to create, edit, copy, send, and save documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence)
- Ability to work any of our full time, 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:30 am - 4:00 pm OR 8:00 am - 4:30 pm from Monday - Friday. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
