As IL6S 4.0 Engineer you will be responsible for smooth and effective CI & Digitalization roadmap deployment as well as supporting business processes with IL6S 4.0 methods and tools expertise in order to maximize end-users' value.
How you will contribute

  • Build culture of continuous improvement through kaizens
  • Organize and lead trainings in IL6S 4.0 methods and tools
  • Coordinate Productivity Cycles for supported teams (Benchmarking, Loss Map Analysis, Glidepath, Workshops, Productivity Projects, kaizens)
  • Support teams in defining losses, root cause analysis, improvement planning, deploying and controlling their timely implementation
  • Support all Pillars and Teams in Change Management activities (mainly regarding Small Change/kaizens) to ensure reaching all business objectives and high engagement of local key users/owners
  • Support projects in Waterfall, Lean, Lean 6 Sigma, Scrum and Agile way according to their methodologies
  • Provide continuous monitoring of compliance with standardized process parameters in accordance with the requirements of existing technological center lines, requirements, specifications, instructions, procedures and policies
  • Monitor data collection, its accuracy, priorities and root cause analysis (GE, OEE, Waste, Rework, Energy, ect.)
  • Provide assistance and guidance to all users regarding IL6S 4.0 methods & tools
  • Prepare instructions and manuals for end users


What you will bring

  • Proven experience in Manufacturing Industry e.g. planning and/or plant/shopfloor operations with understanding of the overall functional and technical landscape (understanding of systems, processes, tools, and technologies in the manufacturing area / on the shopfloor)
  • Practical knowledge of Waterfall, Lean 6 Sigma, Scrum & Agile methodologies
  • Practical knowledge of Project management
  • Demonstrated abilities in Data Analytics (measurement, monitoring, conclusions, action plan execution)
  • Demonstrated abilities in Problem Solving
  • Demonstrated abilities in coaching, negotiating, consensus building
  • Demonstrated abilities in sharing knowledge and skills also in area of digital tools
  • Understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies and IT-OT architecture
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken & written) in Polish and English languages - min. B2
  • Highly action oriented, drive for results, innovative, challenging actual set-ups, entrepreneurial ability
