Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager with 9–10 years of progressive HR leadership experience to work closely with our CEO and C-Level team. This role will be instrumental in shaping our people strategy, driving organizational growth, and fostering a high-performance culture at Optimum7 and Zen Media.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in dev and marketing recruitment within LATAM, as well as expertise in designing compensation structures, benchmarking frameworks, and performance management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executive Collaboration – Partner directly with the CEO and C-Level leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Talent Acquisition (LATAM Focus) – Lead end-to-end recruitment, with emphasis on sourcing top talent in tech and marketing roles across US, LATAM & International markets.
• Compensation & Benchmarking – Design, implement, and maintain competitive compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and benefits strategies to attract and retain talent.
• Performance Management – Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to promote accountability, growth, and alignment with organizational goals.
• HR Policy & Compliance – Ensure compliance with U.S. and international employment laws, creating policies that support both legal and cultural standards.
• Employee Relations & Culture – Foster an inclusive, supportive, and high-engagement work environment; proactively address employee relations matters.
• Training & Development – Design and deliver programs to strengthen skills and leadership capabilities across teams.
• HR Operations – Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR systems management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 9–10 years of HR management experience, including working directly with CEOs and C-Level executives.
• Proven experience in tech and marketing recruitment in LATAM markets.
• Strong background in compensation strategy, benchmarking, and performance system design.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. and international employment laws.
• Proficiency with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Track record of success in fast-paced, remote-first organizations.
