1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent across departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build strong talent pipelines.
- Oversee a smooth onboarding experience for new hires and ensure structured exit processes for departing employees.
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers in resolving workplace issues, handling conflict, and fostering strong relationships.
- Support and guide the performance review process, goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
- Manage compensation programs and benefits administration to ensure competitive and equitable offerings.
- Identify training needs and implement programs that support employee growth and career progression.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain up-to-date HR documentation.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures that reflect company values and regulatory requirements.
- Champion initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace environment.
- Maintain HR systems and generate reports on key HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including strong recruitment and generalist background.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employment regulations.
- Proven ability to build trust, influence others, and manage sensitive situations with discretion.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data reporting.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
