Distinctive Hospitality Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to join our team in Natick, MA. In this role, you will support our HR department by managing various administrative tasks, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and helping to maintain a positive work environment for 3 properties.  This position offers a great opportunity to grow your HR skills in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions and company events.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Assist with payroll administration and benefits enrollment as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HR software and applicant tracking systems is advantageous.
