Job Overview Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator provides operational support to our Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) team. This role focuses on accuracy, consistency, and timely execution of well-defined HR processes. The position is ideal for someone early in their HR career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how HR supports the business. You’ll play a key role in keeping HR processes running smoothly by providing operational, administrative, and coordination support to HRBPs and cross-functional partners.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Help maintain accurate employee data and organizational structures within HR systems
- Assist with lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and role changes
- Help HRBPs prepare materials, reports, and documentation for operational execution of larger HR initiatives, meetings, and programs
- Assist with preparing various data requests to support business initiatives
- Prepare, review, and maintain documentation (e.g., employee records, reports, templates) with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
- Partner with HRBPs to support various annual cycles such as goal setting and performance management to drive efficiency and adoption
- Support talent assessments, succession planning, and career development initiatives
- Review and update job descriptions to ensure alignment with organizational changes and Global Compensation Framework and job leveling criteria
- Lead weekly new hire One Advarra presentation. Identify any necessary changes and escalate any questions. Partner with Onboarding to review and implement suggested changes to One Advarra based on new hire feedback
- Participate in HR program rollouts and special projects to enhance operational efficiency
- Other duties as assigned
Location
This role is open to candidates working hybrid in Wellesley, MA.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related field required
- 0-2 years prior experience in Human Resources
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting HR function preferred
- Exposure to administrative workflows
- Microsoft Office and HR systems experience
- Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a customer-service mindset
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Physical and Mental Requirements
- Sit or stand for extended periods of time at stationary workstation
- Regularly carry, raise, and lower objects of up to 10 Lbs.
- Learn and comprehend basic instructions
- Focus and attention to tasks and responsibilities
- Verbal communication; listening and understanding, responding, and speaking

The base salary range for this role is $50,000 - $79,745. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above. This position may also be eligible for a variable bonus in addition to base salary as well as health coverage, paid holidays, and other benefits.
