This position will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to support members of the Americas Human Resources team with a wide array of administrative responsibilities. This is an outstanding chance to join a dynamic team at HarbourVest

What you will do:
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, both virtual and in-person, with internal and external parties, often coordinating across multiple geographies and time zones

  • Schedule candidate and hiring manager interviews on behalf of the Talent Acquisition team

  • Book travel arrangements, supervise last-minute changes as needed

  • Prepare expense reports promptly and collaborate with other Executive Administrative staff to align expenses incurred for travel with colleagues

  • Assist with planning and accomplishing team events to foster collaboration and inclusion

What you bring:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Outstanding organization and time management abilities

  • A motivated, self-starting attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Proven ability to coordinate travel arrangements effectively

  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring flawless execution of tasks

  • Operates with a bias for action

Experience:
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience in Investment Management or Financial Services preferred

  • Workday experience a plus

Salary Range

$67,000.00 - $87,000.00

This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance. In addition to salary and bonus, total compensation may include eligibility for long-term reward programs and a comprehensive total rewards package that may include retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs. Our total rewards offerings are influenced by several business factors, and eligibility for certain components will vary by position and geography. Please note the posted ranges do not apply outside the U.S. and should not be converted to other currencies as a proxy for compensation in other countries.

This position is non-exempt and therefore eligible for the payment of overtime.
