Buckle up: This role is hands-on engaging in-person with team members and employees at our union and non-union locations across New England - Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, and New Hampshire.

What You'll Do:

  • Be a People Champion: You'll be the go-to person for all things HR, from employee relations and investigations, labor relations, employee engagement, benefit questions, and problem solving. Your mission? To create a workplace where everyone feels valued and motivated. Strong knowledge in employment law is required for success in this role.
  • Drive Change: We're all about innovation and growth. You'll play a key role in shaping our HR strategies and driving initiatives that make a difference.
  • Collaborate and Connect: Work closely with our talented team members and leaders to understand their needs and provide top-notch HR support.

What We're Looking For:

  • HR Enthusiast: You have a solid background in HR (at least 3 years of experience with Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Compliance, and Benefits) and a genuine passion for helping people succeed.
  • Tech savvy: We utilize the latest technology like Workday, MS Office and are even starting to incorporate AI into our day-to-day work.  So, we need someone who is proficient using similar tools and forward thinking on how tech can help create more time to connect with our employees.
  • Great Communicator: Your excellent communication skills make you a pro at building relationships and resolving conflicts.
  • Problem Solver: You love tackling challenges head-on and finding creative solutions.
