KKR seeks a hardworking, resourceful, and energetic, yet poised, individual to join the firm’s Talent Acquisition – Campus Recruiting team based in Boston, MA.

This person will join a tight-knit and “can do” attitude team where they will play an important role in everything Campus Recruiting is responsible for internally and externally. This Campus Recruiting Analyst will support the continued evolution of campus hiring at KKR by prioritizing meticulous execution of our interview processes, 10-week Summer Internship Program, and recruiting events. This individual will operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and will therefore need to be extremely organized, self-motivated, resilient, and collaborative.

We are looking for someone with an eagerness to connect with current students, school stakeholders, and business colleagues, an innovative and creative mindset that will bring fresh ideas to our strategies and processes, and a problem solver that prioritizes KKR’s culture and reputation.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Working in close partnership with the broader Campus Recruiting team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Recruitment Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement recruiting strategies for KKR Asset Management, Insurance, and Business Operations businesses across multiple geographic locations and schools to attract and engage top talent.
  • University & External Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, school faculty and administration, student groups/clubs, and partner organizations to market and pipeline talent.
  • Campus Event Management: Plan and execute recruitment events including targeted, invite-only dinners, coffee chats, in-office programs, and career fairs. Responsible for creating briefing documents, marketing materials, and determining SWAG offerings. Travel required.
  • Summer Internship Program Management: Oversee the orientation and training program, plan and prepare for all educational and social events, align mentors, facilitate performance review and final offer decision processes.
  • Interview Process Management: Oversee the interview process for various internship programs and full-time campus roles, which includes soliciting and collating interview feedback and the offer extension process.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and exciting candidate experience by being knowledgeable about KKR’s campus recruiting value proposition and responsive/accessible to any questions or requests a candidate has.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with campus recruiting stakeholders across KKR Asset Management, Insurance, and Business Operations, Human Capital colleagues, Marketing, Events, and Legal
  • Talent Pipeline Maintenance: Build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential and referral candidates for varying interview processes and recruiting programs.
  • Data, Reporting & Metrics: Own the hygiene of the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), alongside the Campus Recruiting Coordinator. Track and report on key metrics.
  • Competitor Intelligence: Provide market insights on campus talent, school sentiment, and competitor activity to better inform and influence campus recruiting strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1 – 3 years of full-time work experience in Financial Services, Consulting, Human Capital (with a focus on Talent Acquisition), or Higher Education (with a focus on Admissions or Career Services)
  • Willingness to travel; 1x/week during peak recruiting seasons
  • Meticulous attention-to-detail, multitasking, and project management skills; proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects, event planning logistics, hiring processes, and varying timelines.  
  • Clear and concise communication skills, responsiveness, and accessibility to create strong working relationships with colleagues and clients; comfort interacting with employees at varying seniority levels.
  • Innovative and creative
  • Solution-oriented, positive attitude, and willingness to help wherever is needed.
  • Experience handling sensitive/confidential information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power Point and interest in learning about and adopting new technologies.

This is the expected annual base salary range for this Boston-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.

Base Salary Range
$70,000$85,000 USD
