Our client is looking for a HubSpot / RevOps Specialist to help optimize and scale their revenue operations through automation, reporting, CRM management, and process improvement. They are a growing company within the commercial real estate industry that has continued expanding its operations and technology-driven approach to client services over recent years.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building efficient systems, maintaining clean and reliable data, and creating automations that improve collaboration between sales and marketing teams. The HubSpot / RevOps Specialist will play a key role in managing HubSpot infrastructure, supporting marketing initiatives, improving reporting capabilities, and ensuring operational excellence across the customer journey.

Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain, and optimize HubSpot workflows, automations, and operational processes.
  • Configure and manage HubSpot CRM, including pipelines, lifecycle stages, custom properties, permissions, and lead routing.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and performance tracking systems for sales and marketing teams.
  • Monitor CRM data quality and implement best practices for data governance and hygiene.
  • Develop and support email automation campaigns, nurture sequences, and lead engagement workflows.
  • Analyze funnel performance, conversion metrics, attribution data, and operational KPIs.
  • Improve alignment between sales and marketing through process optimization and reporting.
  • Support integrations between HubSpot and third-party platforms.
  • Troubleshoot automation issues, sync errors, and workflow inconsistencies.
  • Assist with forecasting support through accurate reporting and CRM visibility.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure operational processes remain scalable and efficient.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve overall business performance.


Requirements
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM administration and management.
  • Experience building workflows, automations, and lifecycle management processes.
  • Knowledge of lead scoring, segmentation, lists, forms, and lead capture systems.
  • Experience configuring and optimizing sales pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of reporting dashboards and attribution reporting.
  • Experience supporting sales and marketing operations.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience working with CRM data cleanup and governance initiatives.
  • Understanding of integrations and automation platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Qualifications
  • Experience in HubSpot administration, RevOps, Marketing Operations, CRM Operations, or related roles.
  • Knowledge of Revenue Operations principles and funnel management.
  • Experience with Zapier, Make.com, or similar automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot Operations Hub.
  • Experience working with Google Analytics and business reporting tools.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Experience building reporting environments using Looker Studio is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp.
  • Understanding of APIs, integrations, and troubleshooting sync issues is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
