Zeelo is scaling rapidly — and HubSpot sits at the center of how we market, sell, onboard, and support customers. We’re looking for a HubSpot-centric Business Systems Lead to own and evolve our CRM ecosystem, ensuring it drives commercial performance, operational efficiency, and trusted data across the business.
This is a systems leadership role for someone who wants to design how a scaling company runs on HubSpot.
You’ll operate at the intersection of Revenue, Operations, and Technology, translating business needs into scalable CRM architecture, automation, and integrated workflows that power Zeelo’s next phase of growth.
What You’ll OwnHubSpot Strategy & Optimisation (≈60%)- Act as Zeelo’s HubSpot owner and subject matter expert across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Design and maintain scalable CRM architecture (workflows, lifecycle stages, custom objects, attribution models)
- Build automation that improves lead management, deal flow, onboarding, and customer lifecycle processes
- Maintain data integrity, governance, and CRM hygiene — ensuring HubSpot is the single source of truth
- Deliver dashboards and reporting that drive data-led decisions
- Enable teams through training, documentation, and change management
- Manage integrations between HubSpot and tools including Rippling, Ironclad, Aircall, Linear, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Improve end-to-end workflows through automation and low/no-code solutions (e.g., n8n)
- Partner with Operations, Data, and PMO teams on cross-system initiatives
- Help design scalable systems that reduce manual work and improve operational speed
Who you are:
- 4+ years CRM administration or business systems experience in a scaling or complex environment
- 2+ years hands-on HubSpot administration and optimisation
- Proven ownership of CRM architecture and automation (not just execution)
- Strong experience with workflows, reporting, data governance, and system design
- Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams
- Strong understanding of RevOps / Go-To-Market systems and lifecycle design
- Experience integrating tools and building automation using low/no-code platform
Bonus Points for:
- HubSpot certifications (Admin, RevOps, Marketing Hub)
- Experience supporting high-growth or transformation environments
- Familiarity with APIs, middleware, or automation tooling
- Background in mobility, logistics, or B2B Saa
Salary Range
- Boston: $110,000 – $120,000 USD
- London: £60,000 – £70,000 GBP
