In this Hubspot Administrator role, you will be an integral part of the Business Operations team and cross-functional partner to our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance functions. You will be responsible for maintaining HubSpot, our CRM, and ensuring our related sales and customer processes are fitting the business needs. 

What You'll Do

  • Partner directly with members of the Sales and Customer organizations to ensure processes are fulfilled to drive accountability and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Track, analyze, and share across the organization key business metrics by generating appropriate HubSpot reports to support revenue performance management 
  • Analyze metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement (e.g. funnel conversion, deal stage times, onboarding times, customer health status, etc.)
  • Manage our deal desk; working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to ensure all necessary information is captured and reported 
  • Support daily user requests, troubleshooting, bug fixing, user adoption, training, and documentation
  • Support the Data & Analytics team with ad-hoc reports within HubSpot, Google Sheets, and Tableau (BI Tool)
  • Optimize the CRM system to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience, enhancing productivity and satisfaction
  • Identify and resolve data anomalies, maintaining high data integrity

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of sales, marketing, or revenue operations experience
  • 2+ years HubSpot and/or Salesforce experience required (HubSpot preferred),including the ability to administer and configure a CRM system (custom objects, workflows, permissions, etc.)
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc) a plus
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical thinker with a passion for making data-driven decisions 
  • Motivated self-starter who is eager to learn and proactively take on new challenges
  • Proactive communicator; comfortable speaking and working with cross-functional teams
  • Adept at prioritizing multiple competing projects and tasks in an efficient manner

Compensation Education

  • The Boston based range for this full time position is $58,000 - $80,000

  • Stavvy is committed to competitive and equitable pay for all Stavviators. The listed pay range for this role is a good faith estimate of the hiring range for this position. Compensation offered will be determined based on several factors including an individual’s experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

Stavvy Boston, Massachusetts, USA Office

Located in the heart of Boston's financial district, our new office is easily commutable (5 minute walk to south station and multiple t stops) and is surrounded by many restaurants and shops. We cater happy hours once a quarter and lunch every Tuesday/Thursday from a variety of local restaurants.
