WHAT WE'LL NEED
The HRIS Manager will work closely with functional HR teams and Tech to manage projects for internal teams matching the best processes with our systems, through product testing and implementation for technology projects. You’ll be staying up to date on HR processes in order to provide the solutions that enable the business to move forward and deliver results You will lead large-scale projects through the entire lifecycle hands-on.
Lead the entire process from assessing business needs through designing system solutions, configuration, testing, and deployment in Oracle.
Role Responsibilities:
Leadership and Vision:
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company’s HRIS, aligning technology solutions with business objectives to drive efficiency, scalability, and workforce insights.
- Work with leaders to ensure our systems support our efforts to execute a long-term HR roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and growth trajectory.
- Evaluate emerging systems and HR trends to ensure the company remains ahead in automation, AI-driven analytics, and user experience.
- Drive HR digital transformation, ensuring systems support workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and retention strategies.
- Ensure scalability of HR systems to support future growth and business expansion.
- Collaborate with senior HR and business leaders to ensure HRIS aligns with organizational priorities and talent strategy.
- Partner with IT, Finance, and Operations to drive seamless system integration and enterprise-wide synergy.
- Lead change management efforts to drive system adoption and maximize user engagement.
- Develop and deliver training strategies to upskill HR teams and end-users on HR technology solutions
System Management
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the HRIS, including data integrity and system performance.
- Support upgrades, enhancements, and new functionalities to the HRIS and work with business leaders to understand the impacts before they are live.
- Submit user access requests through RMC.
Defining requirements for system integrations, Oracle enhancements, or custom application solutions by partnering with technology teams.
Process Optimization
Identify and implement process improvements using the HRIS.
Manage Process Improvements for HR processes through the HRIS.
Develop and maintain HRIS policies and procedures.
Data Management
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data within the HRIS.
- Develop and maintain HRIS reports and dashboards.
Collaboration & Communication
Providing leadership updates through regular communication and presentations.
Collaborating with Tech, Business, and HRIS teams to identify defects and enhancements, analyze impacts of proposed changes, propose alternative solutions, discover synergies, and drive process improvements.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field required.
5+ year of progressive experience in HRIS administration with direct experience managing HRIS operations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong compliance orientation; experience identifying and implementing quality measures and controls.
Technically adept with a strong systems orientation; able to understand, evaluate, and optimize HR technologies and workflows, including data architecture, system integrations, and reporting tools.
Ability to plan, execute, and monitor HRIS projects and data analysis initiatives
Experience with Oracle
Oracle Certification preferred
Experience designing system requirements
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Self-directed; comfortable working with ambiguity and uncertainty
